Needs

St. Francis House would not be able to accomplish its mission without the help of the community at large. Meeting the everyday needs of the homeless and hungry of Alachua County is a real challenge. Much of what we do would not be possible without the dedication of our staff and volunteers, and it’s very gratifying knowing how much people appreciate the services we provide.

But you make a difference, and without your monetary donations all our work would not be possible. While money goes a long way to help us carry out our mission, material donations are equally important. Here is a list of our current needs and thank you for everything you do to help us fulfill our mission at St. Francis House.

In order to best serve our shelter guests and the community, we will now have established donation drop off times for non-food items:

Monday: 3pm – 7pm
Wednesday: 3pm – 7pm
Friday: 3pm – 7pm
Sunday: 12pm – 5pm

Food donations will be accepted daily between 8am – 7pm.
